Megan O. Stidman is the Founder of Coach Veritas. She is a professionally trained coach based on the International Coaching Federation model, the leading world organization setting the professional and ethical standards for the coaching profession. She supports clients to advance and attain sustainable professional and personal growth.
Her previous experience includes 25 years in various leadership roles in the oil, gas, and power industries. She worked at leading private and Fortune 500 energy, consulting, and investment banking firms -- Koch Industries, Burlington Resources, ConocoPhillips, BHP Billiton, AEP, Reliant Resources, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Company. From working in a refinery to the trading floor, from major capital projects to nonprofits, Megan has a wide range of functional business and operations experience.
She graduated from the University of Kansas with a
BS in Mechanical Engineering and
Harvard Business School with an MBA.
